The project Itinérance dans les Collines (Homelessness in the Hills) is part of the Plan d'action local pour la solidarité et le développement social (PALSIS) 2018-2024 and aims to understand the needs and analyze possible solutions to the issue of housing insecurity in the Collines-de-l'Outaouais region. This was done primarily through an electronic survey (The Housing and Service Needs Estimation Survey) in partnership with members of the Vers un chez-soi committee. The project is still underway, with the final report due at the end of March 2024 and follow-up stages continuing in April. The final presentation of the survey results was delivered on March 21, 2024.
