Our projects

éclaireur-logo.pngLes éclaireurs are significant people who are already present in their community, through their work, their volunteer work or the place they occupy in their environment or community. On a day-to-day basis, they are likely to come into contact with people in the most vulnerable psychological situations, or with people who are keen to get involved and contribute to the well-being of members of their community.

The project Itinérance dans les Collines (Homelessness in the Hills) is part of the Plan d'action local pour la solidarité et le développement social (PALSIS) 2018-2024 and aims to understand the needs and analyze possible solutions to the issue of housing insecurity in the Collines-de-l'Outaouais region. This was done primarily through an electronic survey (The Housing and Service Needs Estimation Survey) in partnership with members of the Vers un chez-soi committee. The project is still underway, with the final report due at the end of March 2024 and follow-up stages continuing in April. The final presentation of the survey results was delivered on March 21, 2024.
