The project Soutien aux familles des Collines aims to connect the citizens of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais with the various resources available on the territory.
This project is carried out by an outreach agent who meets with local families (0-17 years old) and connects them to the information, support, and activities related to their specific parenting or family needs.
