The Village nourricier de Ste-Cécile-de-Masham is a project aimed at bringing together citizens and stakeholders around issues related to food security, nutrition, and gardening through the establishment of collective practices to develop mutual aid and break isolation. The year 2023 was pivotal for the Village nourricier de Ste-Cécile-de-Masham project. In 2021-2022, with the help of a grant for a startup project from the Community Development Support Fund (CISSS), an initial assessment of needs and resources was conducted (TDSCO 2022). A new financing agreement with the CISSS de l’Outaouais enabled the hiring of a project officer from April to October 2023
